JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct periodic experiments and process improvements to ensure production stability. Monitor, supervise, and troubleshoot technical issues; provide guidance to technicians and workers within the development team.

1. Research and Development (R&D):

• Coordinate with the research/project team to discuss routine experimental activities aimed at stabilizing the production system.
• Conduct improvement experiments for existing processes as well as experiments for new processes.
• Consolidate and prepare preliminary reports on experimental results for the research/project team and the Head of Department.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

1. Analysis:

• Perform and discuss the analysis of samples with the research or project teams as requested by the Unit Leader.
• Operate specialized testing machines, such as the HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography).
• Support regular checks and suggest maintenance plans for machines (such as HPLC, etc.) to make sure they give exact results.
• Suggest improvements to enhance or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sample analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University with a Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or other related fields;
• Good command of English (4 skills) and proficiency in HPLC operation, other related analysis machines;
• Knowledge on sample analysis methods, requirements for sample analysis, and chemical preparation is a plus;
• Good at logical thinking, teamwork, and always willing to learn and grow.

WORKING TIME: Monday to Friday: 7.30 A.M - 4.00 P.M.

WORKING PLACE: Ajinomoto Viet Nam – Bien Hoa Factory, Bien Hoa I Industrial Zone, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province.
