JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct tasks which are assigned by cooperating with coworkers, and some other jobs been able to assign more.

• Support conversion of FP (Food Production) processes into stable
• In charge of implementing DX (Digital Transformation) activities, report DX to committee
• Assist in troubleshooting automation, control, and instrumentation issues during operation.
• Develop and maintain operation visualization (DCS (Distributed Control System) graphics, PBI Vision dashboards…).
• Collect, validate and analyze process and operation data
• Support automatic reporting and data standardization to reduce manual work.
• Carry out DX and continuous improvement activities related to yield, energy, quality, and loss reduction.
• Participate in process reviews, trials, and optimization activities based on actual data.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, QA, and Engineering for smooth DX execution.
• Comply with safety, quality, change management, and system security requirements.
• Study DCS automation and process control tasks

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineer, Food Technology or other related technology fields;
• Good at English.
• Basic knowledge of Food production processes and food processing principles.
• Ability to read and understand P&ID and plant layouts with guidance.
• Fundamental understanding of DCS operation and basic control concepts in FP production.
• Basic knowledge of automation logic and programming concepts
• Awareness of process control fundamentals, including control loops and stable operation principles.
• Basic understanding of industrial data handling, including data collection, simple trend analysis, and data usage for operational improvement.
• Understanding, have certification of ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001, GMP, Food Defense.

Monday to Friday: 7:30 A.M to 4:00 P.M
