JOB DESCRIPTION:

Operate the assigned machines in the production line with right parameter that regulated by unit. Cooperate with other members and report immediately to superior when abnormal case happened to ensure quality standard for products which procedure by their machine.
Online training for new machine operator during shift training time.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform the following assigned jobs through cooperation with others member. Additional roles and responsibilities may be assigned:

1. Machine operating:

Follow regulation time (starting and ending time).
Right parameter (parameter was set up or past on equipment).
Follow SOP (including assemble/ dis-assemble when cleaning, change kind of product).
Cleaning machines follow regulated frequency.

2. Recording:

Take enough and correct information according to the issued forms (time, parameter, checking result…).
Do not change the format of record, erase information. In case of incorrect written, cross out and sign for conformation.
Submit all report at the end of operation and do not bring record out of plant.

3. Checking during operating:

Check equipment before operation, ensure equipment have enough operation condition (follow autonomous forms).
Check equipment’s parameter, quality standard of product (if any) follows content and frequency. Report to shift leader when abnormal cases happened.

4. Others:

Comply regulation of GMP, HACCP, FD.
Ensure 5S during production.
Conduct other job that arising during production shift follow shift leader assignment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school graduate or above.
No prior experience is required; training will be provided by the company.
A degree in Intermediate/College in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical – Electronic Engineering, or Food Technology is an advantage.
Able to work shifts, including night shifts.
Meet the health requirements for working in a manufacturing and shift-based environment.
Experience in machine operation or working in a factory is an advantage.
No allergies to spices or food ingredients.

WORKING TIME:
Work in shifts (3 shifts and 4 rotation schedules).

WORKING LOCATION:
Ajinomoto Long Thanh Factory (Street 9, Long Thanh Industrial Zone, An Phuoc Commune, Dong Nai City, Vietnam).
