JOB DESCRIPTION:

Execute assigned tasks, including directly participating in operations or providing production support, to ensure production requirements are met efficiently and continuously.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform assigned technical tasks with required skills and techniques, contributing to daily production operations through collaboration with other employees, including:

• Comply with workplace rules and regulations.
• Execute assigned tasks proficiently in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and relevant management systems.
• Record and report daily work performance as required.
• Contribute to the improvement of production processes, as well as participate in identifying errors and proposing appropriate corrective actions.
• Actively participate in activities that contribute to the development of the factory and the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preference will be given to candidates with good physical health suitable for the job requirements.
• Graduated from Intermediate/College in Food Technology or related fields.
• No experience required. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene as well as food production processes is an advantage.
• Demonstrate responsibility, willingness to learn, and compliance with regulations.

WORKING TIME:

• Work in shifts (8 hours/shift); with 3 shifts and 4 rotation schedules.

WORKING PLACE:

• Ajinomoto Viet Nam (Ajinomoto Bien Hoa Factory - Bien Hoa I Industrial Zone, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City).
