JOB DESCRIPTION

• Be responsible for keep actual stock of main space the same with daily report of main space. 
• Ensure that the stock of all products of Ajinomoto at the depot are always at adequate standard.
• Check and confirm the quantity of goods transferred from main space to Sales team spaces following rule of FIFO.
• Receive and check exchanged goods from Sales teams then make report on goods exchange.
• Receive and process purchase orders from RBCs, FS distributors and supermarkets.
• Check promotional programs applied to RBCs, FS distributors and supermarkets carefully when creating sales orders.
• Collect and check cash from Sales teams and deposit in the Company’s account every day.
• Check and make report on invoice use of the sales teams.
• Perform tasks and make reports and other documents in compliance with the Standard Operation Manual and regulations on J-SOX.
• Report problems arising precisely and on time to the superior.
• Support Depot Chief / sales leader in contacting RBCs, RBSs, WSs to update their stock and get purchase orders via phone.
• Carry out other arising tasks under the direction of superiors.

REQUIREMENT

• Vocational school or higher;
• Energetic and enthusiastic about the job;
• Good communication skills, hardworking, diligent, honest, and proactive;
• Be in good health.

WORKING TIME:

Monday to Friday: 7:30 A.M to 4:30 P.M
