JOB DESCRIPTION

To undertake responsibilities of executing marketing tasks of team in collaborating with related Sections/ Departments; together with supporting Supervisors in the daily operation of team to contribute to brand business & Section Development.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To execute all assigned tasks with exhibiting expertise in collaborating with related Sections as following:
1.1. MKT Plan:

•    Support to prepare MKT plan.

1.2. MKT Activities:

•    Generate and execute tasks in MKT plan including above the line & below the line activities (social media, TV, exhibitions, promotional events…);

•    Conduct research & analyze data to evaluate trends, market, target consumers and competition ventures;

•    Well-communicate with Agencies for effective strategy & communication as well as marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters,…;

•    Co-operate tightly with related departments of company especially with Sales, Consumer Communication, Food Product Development… to lead and execute on-going and new projects smoothly;

•    Support to control MKT expenses (Advertisement & Promotion activities) & budget;

•    On-time report problems with active suggestions to solve the problem;

•    Daily/ Weekly report to superiors on progress of projects and assigned tasks.

1.3. Product development: (including existing & new product)

•    Plan & Execute tasks following project quality & timeline including PKG design, new product development…;

•    Conduct assessment in-charged by MKT;

•    Actively offer constructive suggestions & opinions in response to ideas presented by team members.

2. To support Supervisors in the daily operation of team & keep smooth & effective teamwork & atmosphere:
•    Understand MKT Department Goals;
•    Perform related duties as assigned by superior/ leader;
•    Actively offer constructive suggestions and opinions in response to ideas presented by team members;
•    Promote and maintain an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork;
•    Encourage and negotiate sharing of information, skills and technical capability across work teams;
•    Guide and support junior team members, provide them with on-the-job training. (Leadership)

REQUIREMENTS:
•    Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade or related fields;
•    At least 3-5 years’ marketing experience in FMCG;
•    Passionate about Marketing with a strong willingness to learn business management through hands-on experience, reflection, and openness to feedback and idea sharing;
•    Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office;
•    Careful, detail-oriented, and well-organized in managing documents;
•    Comfortable working in a structured and process-oriented environment with reasonable flexibility.

WORKING TIME:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 A.M to 4:45 P.M.

WORKING PLACE:
Ajinomoto Viet Nam (6 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
